Pricing

Pricing is done in 1 of 2 ways.

1. Hourly Rate - $25.00 per hour is charged for site and or graphic work as it protains to your buisness. This time also includes time spent on commication via phone, email or face to face meetings. A detailed record will be kept of time spent and included in your invoice upon completion. If additional software and or programs are needed these to will be added to your cost and included in your invoice.

2. Package Deals - Package Price is determined by 2 things.

  1. The number of pages your site will have.
    $100 per page
  2. Additional software that may need to be purchased.
    Such Shopping Cart programs, Blog Themes, Plugins, Domain Names and or Hosting.

Once a Pricing Option have been explained a contract will be written up for both parties to sign.

This Contract will be broken into 3 sections, and completed in its aloted time frame.

  1. Foundation - This will lay the ground work for what the site is for, how it will look, and how it will function.
    (At this stage pricing will be determined.)
  2. Appilcation - This is when the site is bought, if it hasn't all ready been, built, and tested.
    (At this stage half the Package's cost if be required up front. Or $200 for Hourly Rate, this covers 8 hours work.)
  3. Apperication - At this point the client may go through the site discuss any changes they may want to apply. Such as coloring, images, font, text, navigation arrangment, etc.
    ( If the client is satified the remainin balance for the site will be paid. And a invoice listing all costs and or time depending on the Pricing Option will be produced for the client)

When the site is completed, the client has the option of keeping Lockhart Web Design on for a $50 monthly retainer for any future work to the site. Or they may recieve instruction on how to update and handle the site themselves.
